Patisserie Florentine brings French-inspired breakfast, brunch and lunch fare to the New York area. Enjoy the aromas and flavors of France with friends in an inviting bistro atmosphere at two Bergen County, New Jersey locations. Chef and Owner, Tomer Zilkha, and the PF team work tirelessly to deliver a memorable culinary and hospitality experience, in-house, at outside venues or a simple take-out order. Customer service matters. Local, sustainable, and overall responsible procurement defines our sourcing. We believe in using only natural sweeteners and no artificial substitutes or coloring. We use exceptional ingredients: unbleached, non-GMO flours, sourced from the best millers in the region. Our production team uses small-batch bakery formulas, with all baking done on the premises.
